By accessing and using The Social Scheduler, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
You may use The Social Scheduler to create, manage, schedule, and publish content for yourself or businesses you are authorized to represent, subject to your plan and these terms. You are responsible for protecting your account, managing workspace access, and ensuring you have the rights and permissions required for content you upload or publish.
The materials on The Social Scheduler are provided on an 'as is' basis. The Social Scheduler makes no warranties, expressed or implied.
In no event shall The Social Scheduler or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on The Social Scheduler.
The Social Scheduler uses YouTube API Services. By using The Social Scheduler's YouTube features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Other connected platforms may also impose their own terms and restrictions. You may connect only accounts and channels that you are authorized to manage.
You authorize The Social Scheduler to send the content and publishing settings you select to the connected platforms when you publish or schedule a post. Review the destination, content, visibility, audience, and any required disclosures before publishing. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your content, including AI-generated content. Platform processing, quotas, outages, or permission changes can delay or prevent publication; a scheduled time is not a guarantee of an exact public release time.
YouTube connections can be removed from Platforms in The Social Scheduler or through your Google Account permissions. Disconnecting does not remove videos already published to YouTube. See our Privacy Policy for how connection data is accessed, stored, shared, and deleted.
Do not use The Social Scheduler to infringe others' rights, distribute unlawful content, access accounts without authorization, or circumvent a connected platform's rules. For support or questions about these terms, contact upcodestudios@gmail.com.
